DESCRIPTION
This RFP seeks an artwork provider to deliver a comprehensive suite of art-related services including evaluation of donated art, acquisitions, installation, inventory management, maintenance, removal of art for construction or remodeling, and deactivation. The selected vendor will be required to provide a graphic representation of the proposed project team, clearly identifying the firm and each consultant involved.
Additional responsibilities include reformatting, digital restoration, or graphic manipulation of digital images for printing and art display. Vendors must present overall art plans, recommend locations, and propose artwork selections with supporting details such as piece name, artist, media, style, size, date, and art history if available. The scope also includes the creation, fabrication, and installation of informational placards for select art pieces.
Questions regarding the RFP must be submitted by March 17, 2026. The contract is set for a two-year period, and a pre-proposal conference is scheduled for March 10, 2026.
