A government authority in Columbus, Georgia, is seeking a qualified vendor to provide exterior envelope remediation construction services for an arts academy facility. The project encompasses a broad range of typical construction trades such as mechanical, electrical, plumbing, demolition, carpentry, masonry, caulking, and painting. Additionally, the work will address ADA compliance and ensure adherence to local ordinances for proper sealing and repair of the building's exterior envelope.

The scope includes cost estimating, constructability analysis, scheduling, and phasing, which may proceed concurrently with construction activities.
