DESCRIPTION

This RFP seeks an artist or company to provide comprehensive services related to the creation of an exterior bronze statue. The project entails interpreting a drawing—prepared by a student—depicting a cowboy boot functioning as a vase for three flowers, symbolizing three student athletes who were lost in a tragic traffic accident.

The selected artist will be responsible for the full artistic realization of the concept, as well as fabrication and installation of the finished bronze statue. Questions regarding the project must be submitted by April 6, 2026.
