Artisan Program Management Services

A government authority in Charleston, South Carolina is seeking a vendor to provide artisan program management services. This initiative involves creating and implementing a youth training program that may include financial literacy education, soft skill development, and historical awareness. The vendor will also be responsible for establishing and reporting on a formal outreach strategy that targets unlicensed rose sellers across the peninsula and city, with clear outreach targets, engagement methods, and a referral-to-enrollment process.

The successful contractor must ensure that both the Community Advisory Committee and the Youth Advisory Committee maintain ongoing, independent relationships with the city to preserve institutional knowledge as vendors transition. The program is scheduled to operate on Fridays after school until 8pm, and from 8am to 8pm on Saturdays and Sundays during the school year. During holidays and school breaks, the program will run daily from 10am to 8pm, and it will not operate Monday through Thursday during the school term.
