DESCRIPTION
The project seeks a vendor to provide art services with strict requirements regarding content and originality. All artwork submitted must be original and cannot contain any form of advertising, infringe upon trademarks, patents, or copyrights, or depict religious, sexual, or illegal drug themes.
Artwork should avoid negative imagery, political partisanship, and cannot depict representations of traffic lights, signs, or signals. Additionally, the artwork must not denigrate any specific group based on ethnicity, national origin, age, disability, religion, gender, or sexual orientation, nor should it denigrate the military, law enforcement, fire rescue, government services, public officials, animals, or any creature protected under the federal endangered species act.
