DESCRIPTION
The organization seeks a vendor to provide art and library supplies, as well as equipment supplies, through a discounted online website platform. The website must exclude any items not awarded or unrelated to this bid. Security is paramount; the system is required to implement security features such as Secure Socket Layer (SSL) before processing VISA payments.
The platform should present comprehensive product information, including list and net discounted prices, detailed descriptions, product numbers, photographs, units of measure, and catalog page references. Robust search capabilities are mandatory, allowing queries by part number, catalog number, manufacturer, or keywords. The system should support various ordering methods (search function, favorites list, quick order form), permit orders to be placed on hold, allow access to at least one year of order history, and enable printing orders at any time during placement. District Purchasing personnel must have a secure login to review all orders placed.
Online pricing can only be updated with new catalog releases, and users should be able to print and review their order histories as specified. Vendors must submit any questions by March 23, 2026.
