DESCRIPTION

The agency seeks a vendor to provide an arrow trail public art service, specifically engaging artists to create a commemorative public artwork. This artwork should explore and interpret the human stories connected to the Avro Arrow, as well as highlight contributions made through the Raise the Arrow project.

The public artwork will be installed at the Mariner’s Park Museum grounds. Artists are expected to approach the project with an understanding of its commemorative purpose and produce work that resonates with both local history and broader community engagement.
