The government authority located in Carlsbad, New Mexico is seeking a vendor to provide comprehensive architecture services. Services will be performed under the supervision of designated County personnel and must adhere to established standards, specifications, and project contract documents.
The scope includes evaluation, programming, design, bidding, contract administration, and construction management of both new building projects and improvements to existing facilities. Additional services may encompass technical support, surveying, drafting, geotechnical investigations and testing, potholing, environmental services, cultural resource studies, construction phase assistance, inspection services, as well as civil, structural, electrical, and mechanical engineering studies, reports, and analysis.
