A government authority in Wayne, New Jersey is seeking a qualified vendor to provide comprehensive architecture services. The scope includes conducting specialized engineering studies such as drainage and construction feasibility analyses, as well as coordinating and attending various project-related meetings like pre-bid, preconstruction, and progress meetings.

The services also encompass construction administration and engineering responsibilities, including the review and approval of material submittals, daily construction observation, contractor coordination, and preparation of required certificates. Surveying tasks such as topographic surveys, title searches, easement legal descriptions, construction staking, and cut-sheet preparation may be required.

Additional duties involve assisting in the development, upgrading, and maintenance of facilities and maintenance planning, addressing facility deficiencies, preparing bids or quotations for public works and construction projects, and developing both program and physical plant upgrades. The vendor will also support maintenance plan preparation and provide project estimates and budgets, along with reviewing and updating demographic and enrollment data. The contract is for a period of one year.
