DESCRIPTION

The Department of the Air Force is seeking information from industry regarding capabilities in Architecture and Systems Engineering (ASE) Modeling and Simulation (M&S) and Model-Based Systems Engineering (MBSE) to support the DAF BATTLE NETWORK. The Portfolio Acquisition Executive for Command, Control, Communications, and Battle Management (C3BM), based at Wright–Patterson Air Force Base, leads this effort to acquire and deliver an integrated system-of-systems connecting sensors, effectors, and logistics systems for enhanced situational awareness and faster decision-making within the joint force.

The ASE group, in collaboration with the Air Force Research Laboratory’s Integrated Capabilities Directorate and the Space Systems Command’s Integration Office, designs and engineers the DAF BATTLE NETWORK. This multidisciplinary team focuses on mission integration, operational analysis, and engineering design across domains such as maritime, air, space, homeland defense, and electronic warfare, with the objective of meeting critical mission needs and supporting warfighter requirements.

Interested organizations are invited to provide detailed written responses addressing all specified questions, including company profile information such as business classification and relevant registration identifiers. The estimated funding for this opportunity is approximately $37 million over a two-year period, and the applicable NAICS code is 541330. Responses will inform the Air Force's acquisition planning, market research, and requirement development.
