The Federal Aviation Administration is conducting a market survey to identify qualified firms interested in providing Architecture and Engineering (A&E) services at the Mike Monroney Aeronautical Center (MMAC). This requirement is a follow-on to an existing contract and will involve a range of A&E services to support planning, maintenance, repair, alteration, extension, conversion, modernization, and new construction for commercial, industrial, classroom, and utility-type facilities on the MMAC campus.
Interested vendors are invited to submit statements of interest and demonstrate their capabilities in accordance with the FAA Acquisition Management System (AMS) Policy. The services required will encompass the creation of complete, detailed designs for diverse types of facility projects. This opportunity is expected to lead to the award of a Multiple Award Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contract with options to renew for up to four additional one-year periods, and contracts are anticipated to include Time and Materials pricing arrangements.
Submissions to this market survey will be used by the FAA for acquisition planning and to assess the current capabilities within the industry.
