Responsibilities include providing staffing and technical expertise to assess, inventory, and update the existing bus stop infrastructure, as well as conducting field reviews and documentation of current conditions such as sidewalks, curb ramps, boarding and alighting areas, shelters, lighting, signage, utilities, drainage, traffic operations, and right-of-way limitations. The firm will also conduct safety and operational assessments for pedestrians, bicyclists, transit vehicles, and general traffic, employing universal design principles.
