DESCRIPTION
A government authority in Rhode Island is seeking qualified vendors to provide architectural and engineering (A&E) services focused on health and safety improvements. The selected firm will assist the owner in coordinating and managing projects from design development through to occupancy, ensuring that the facility meets the owner's functional and performance requirements.
Key responsibilities include the development of a project communications plan among all team members, relevant town entities, and the public. The vendor will be expected to supply data and photographs for the project website, track compliance with certified payroll requirements for all contractors, subcontractors, and vendors, and track adherence to any applicable apprenticeship programs. Additionally, maintaining comprehensive files of all project documents for the school department will also be required.
A pre-bid meeting is scheduled for March 24, 2026, and questions related to the RFP must be submitted no later than March 26, 2026.
