The selected firm will develop a conceptual site and building plan to guide long-range planning, stakeholder engagement, funding applications, and future design phases. The envisioned facility may include offices, administrative spaces, classrooms, training rooms, community gathering areas, indoor recreation or sports facilities, outdoor spaces, support areas such as restrooms and storage, parking, and site circulation. Services required include space programming, identifying spatial needs, developing building layouts and site plans, preparing presentation-ready graphics, providing planning-level cost opinions, and estimating facility occupancy to support preliminary reviews. The project will also cover plans, specifications, and engineering estimates.
