DESCRIPTION

The government authority in Connecticut is seeking a vendor to provide on-call architectural services. The selected firm will be responsible for a variety of architectural tasks, including program analysis, conceptual plan development, schematic design, design development, production of construction drawings, and preparation of project specifications.

Additionally, the scope may encompass construction cost estimation and construction administration services as required. This contract is intended to provide comprehensive architectural support on an as-needed basis for forthcoming government projects.
