DESCRIPTION
A government authority in Texas is seeking a vendor to provide comprehensive architectural services. The scope of work includes planning and feasibility studies, facility assessments, programming, schematic design, renderings, design development, construction documentation, and construction phase services such as meetings, approvals, responding to RFIs, inspections, observation, and project close-out.
