DESCRIPTION
A government authority in Texas is seeking a vendor to provide comprehensive architectural services. The scope includes assessment of the site and its surrounding improvements, as well as verification, assessment, and coordination of existing systems that will be integrated with new systems. The selected firm will be required to provide design and construction documents using the most current release of Autodesk Revit, including conceptual design drawings and presentations focused on the project’s integration with an adjacent planned regional public park of approximately 30 acres.
Services also encompass schematic design (30% drawings and specifications), design development (70% drawings, specifications, cut sheets of recommended furnishings, products, and materials), and preparation of construction documents (95%) required for building permit procurement and any other necessary permits. A pre-bid meeting is scheduled for March 16, 2026, and questions must be submitted by March 19, 2026.
