DESCRIPTION
A school district in Phoenix, Arizona is seeking qualified vendors to provide comprehensive architectural and master planning services. The selected firm will be responsible for a range of architectural tasks, including the design and development of master plans, participation in program development, and the refinement of existing programming to meet the district's evolving needs.
Responsibilities include preparing schematic designs and guiding design development in compliance with all applicable state and local building codes. The architect will also be required to provide cost estimates at key project milestones during the pre-construction phase and assist with the creation of advertisements and project schedules.
