Architectural Services

A government authority in Colorado is seeking a vendor to provide comprehensive architectural services for a campus project. The responsibilities include conducting preliminary space allocation and needs assessments for both existing and future facilities, producing reports with narrative explanations and tables summarizing recommendations on space utilization. The scope also involves creating adjacency diagrams, test-fit layouts, and delivering the final Campus Master Plan.

In addition, the selected firm will develop concept and schematic designs for the full campus, including modifications to the existing library building. Design and engineering services are required across multiple disciplines, such as landscape, irrigation, civil, planning, structural, mechanical, and electrical engineering. Interior design is also included, with tasks such as selecting finishes, designing cabinetry and trim work, and choosing lighting and fixtures. The firm is expected to review and update the preliminary architect site plan as needed. Interested vendors must submit any questions regarding the project by December 11, 2025.
