Architectural, Engineering, and Related Services

The government authority in Knoxville, Tennessee is seeking proposals from qualified firms to provide comprehensive architectural, engineering, and related services for a variety of county projects. The selected firm will work on projects including support for county engineering and public works and services for the county regional forensic center.

Key projects under this opportunity include renovations to the Summer Place building—focusing on structural stabilization, tenant improvements, and water intrusion remediation—as well as the renovation of the county fitness center located at the City County Building. Additional assignments encompass exterior improvements at Three Ridges Golf Course and enhancements at Lonsdale Park, such as partial demolition of an existing school, construction of a new park, pavilion, restroom facilities, and parking areas.

The scope of work covers architectural services along with engineering disciplines such as structural, mechanical, plumbing, fire protection, and electrical design.
