Architectural, Engineering and Professional Consultant Services

A government authority in Fort Lauderdale, Florida is seeking a vendor to provide comprehensive architectural, engineering, and related professional consultant services for building projects. The scope includes new building construction, modifications, renovations, alterations, and improvements to existing structures, offices, and accessory buildings located throughout landside, airside, and terminal areas at the agency's facilities.

Services required encompass programming and pre-design, full design development, code research, reports (such as geotechnical, test and balance, recertification), building assessments, 3D and BIM modeling, renderings, schematic and design development phases. Additionally, the vendor will support construction projects through site investigation, geotechnical engineering, environmental investigation, topographical and boundary surveying, and civil, transportation, and traffic engineering. Architectural and interior design, structural engineering, and mechanical engineering services are also included within the RFP scope.
