DESCRIPTION


The government authority in Leland, North Carolina is seeking qualified vendors to provide a comprehensive range of architectural design, civil engineering, surveying, inspection, and geo-technical services. Work includes the preparation of design plans and specifications for public improvement projects such as streets, utilities, stormwater systems, bicycle and pedestrian pathways, sidewalks, crosswalks, curb ramps, parks, new facility design, and renovation or redesign of existing facilities.

Additional responsibilities encompass advertisement, bidding, and construction administration services, along with construction observation and inspection. Vendors are also expected to deliver environmental engineering, geotechnical, and consulting services, which may include studies and assessments.
