DESCRIPTION
The government authority located in Leland, North Carolina seeks a qualified vendor to provide comprehensive architectural design, civil engineering, surveying, inspection, and geo-technical services for various public improvement projects. Responsibilities include preparation of design plans and specifications for infrastructure projects such as streets, utilities, stormwater systems, bicycle and pedestrian pathways, sidewalks, crosswalks, curb ramps, parks, new facility design, and renovations or redesigns of existing facilities.
Additional requirements involve administration of project advertising, bidding, and construction processes, as well as construction observation and inspection services.
