DESCRIPTION
A government authority in Stratford, Connecticut is seeking a vendor to provide architectural consulting services. The selected firm will supply comprehensive engineering services, prepare cost estimates, and plan and design work within approved budgetary limits. Responsibilities also include the development of schematic design documents, preparation of construction and bid documentation, and evaluation of bids with recommendations to the agency.
The consultant will review change orders and conduct detailed cost analyses, inspect materials and workmanship throughout construction, and attend all meetings and reviews as required by the owner. Additionally, the firm will conduct weekly job meetings and perform final inspection duties, completing all final documentation related to the project.
