The Mission and Installation Contracting Command at West Point, New York is seeking Architect-Engineer qualification packages, using SF330, for indefinite delivery indefinite quantity contracts supporting the Directorate of Public Works. This notice is issued in accordance with the Brooks Act and FAR Subpart 36.6 and is not a request for proposal. No pricing information is being requested at this stage.
The government intends to award up to three IDIQ contracts for general architectural and engineering services related to sustainment, restoration, modernization, and other construction programs at West Point. Services may include planning, investigations, design, studies, reports, cost estimates, technical analyses, construction drawings and specifications, construction phase services, CADD support, and environmental or infrastructure-related work.
Projects are expected to involve military installation facilities and infrastructure, including administrative, training, operational, and support buildings, as well as utility and infrastructure systems. Work may also include renovation, repair, alteration, and rehabilitation of existing and historic facilities. Each contract will have an ordering period of up to five years, with firm-fixed-price task orders, and the total aggregate capacity across all contracts will not exceed $20,000,000.
