The government authority in Seattle, Washington seeks qualified vendors to provide comprehensive architectural and engineering services. The scope includes architectural design and associated engineering expertise for a variety of projects such as building renovations, new construction, and demolition.
Consultants will be responsible for preparing estimates, schedules, plans, and technical specifications. Support services required include electrical, mechanical, structural, cost estimating, civil, landscaping, and surveying support. Additional tasks encompass conducting condition assessments, peer and constructability review and analysis of design, and specialized design work related to building exteriors—such as replacement of siding, cladding, windows, and doors on both single and multi-story buildings.
The selected firm(s) will engage under a contract period of three years. All questions related to this solicitation must be submitted by May 19, 2026.
