DESCRIPTION


The government authority in Coupeville, Washington is seeking providers of architectural and engineering services for a three-year contract. The scope of work includes professional on-call services to support various transit facilities, infrastructure, and capital improvement projects.

Responsibilities encompass planning and preliminary design services such as research, feasibility studies, evaluation of transit facilities, site selection studies, and preliminary planning for transit centers and passenger facilities.
