DESCRIPTION

The government authority in Rockville, Maryland seeks a vendor to provide comprehensive architectural and engineering services. Services will include evaluations, investigations, analysis, engineering computations, recommendations, cost and time estimates, testing, reports, studies, designs, preparation of project documentation (including up-to-date AutoCAD drawings and ArcGIS data), bid specifications, bid tabulations, field inspections, and investigations.

The selected firm will be professionally involved throughout all project phases for each issued Project Task Order. Responsibilities may encompass program development, obtaining permits, report and progress meeting preparation, construction administration, dispute resolution, and conducting public presentations to staff, officials, and residents. Additionally, all project documentation must be furnished to the Project Manager according to specified requirements, and a comprehensive Project Completion Report should be provided within thirty days of project completion.
