The City of Columbus, GA is seeking a qualified firm to provide comprehensive architectural and engineering services for the modernization, expansion, and site improvements of its Transfer Center. The Transfer Center must remain operational throughout the construction phase, requiring the implementation of temporary facilities and a comprehensive phasing plan.
