A government authority in Bartow, Florida is seeking a qualified firm to provide comprehensive architectural and engineering services for facility planning, design, and site evaluation. The scope of work includes facility programming, site evaluation, and updating the existing master plan to support current needs and accommodate future development on the selected project site.
Services required encompass conceptual planning, preparation of conceptual and final cost estimates, and full architectural services, including schematic design, design development, construction documents, as well as developing renderings and models. The selected firm will also be responsible for a full range of engineering and technical services, such as geotechnical assessments, civil engineering, permitting, surveying, traffic analysis, environmental site assessments, structural engineering, and MEP (mechanical, electrical, and plumbing) engineering—including site lighting design, low voltage, and AV.
