A government authority in Cincinnati, Ohio is seeking qualified firms to provide architectural and engineering services for the construction of a new sales and mobility center. The project involves converting an existing storefront lease space into a functional public retail-commercial environment tailored to sales and mobility operations. Key tasks include demolition of interior walls and building systems, construction of a new front façade wall, installation of new interior partition walls, casework, restrooms, as well as integration of HVAC, electrical, and IT systems. The design must also incorporate Cincinnati Metro branding.
The selected firm will be responsible for preparing all necessary documents suitable for bidding and construction, such as detailed drawings and specifications. Responsibilities also include the preparation and submission of documents required for building permits and zoning approvals. Contractors performing specific trade work will be responsible for securing their respective permits, such as those for electrical and plumbing. The contract will span a period of three years.
A non-mandatory pre-bid meeting is scheduled for December 5, 2025, and any questions regarding the project must be submitted by December 12, 2025.
