The government authority in New Mexico is seeking qualified vendors to provide comprehensive architectural and engineering design services for a domestic violence campus. The project will proceed through four overlapping stages: program development, schematic design, design development, and preparation of construction documents.
Selected firms will be required to deliver both basic and extended phased professional services, including detailed project planning, site selection, building and site design, and construction supervision. Professional services will also encompass recognized specialty components, architectural and civil works, along with related services. Vendors are expected to conduct research and provide recommendations regarding facility and contractual best practices to ensure optimal design and implementation.
The scope includes addressing all necessary aspects of the campus’s development, ensuring functionality, safety, and compliance with applicable standards. Collaboration and responsiveness throughout all project phases are essential for successful delivery.
