A government authority in Nashua, New Hampshire is seeking a qualified vendor to provide architectural and engineering design services under a one-year contract. The selected firm will support project oversight and administration throughout the construction phase.

Responsibilities include attending weekly site meetings, participating in site visits as needed, and providing support to the city's construction manager. The consultant will also review and approve or reject contractor submittals, including shop drawings, product data, samples, and proposals for alternates, substitutions, or value engineering changes.

Additional duties include preparing change orders and construction change directives with supporting documentation for owner approval, reviewing and processing schedules of values and applications for payment in accordance with owner procedures, and recommending rejection of work that does not conform to contract documents. A pre-bid meeting is scheduled for July 24, 2026, and questions must be submitted by July 31, 2026.
