DESCRIPTION

The government authority in North Carolina is seeking a qualified vendor to provide comprehensive architectural and engineering design services. The scope of work includes architectural design phases such as schematics, design development, construction documents, permitting, bidding and award, construction administration, and project close-out.

In addition to architectural design, the project also requires engineering services covering mechanical, plumbing, electrical, and fire protection systems. The selected firm will support the project from initial planning through to the completion and close-out phase, ensuring compliance with all relevant codes and standards.
