A government authority in Columbus, Ohio is seeking a vendor to provide comprehensive architectural and engineering design services. The scope of work includes programming and schematic design services, engineering and design development, and preparation of construction documents. Qualified firms may be asked to produce drawings and documents detailing the size, character, and systems (architectural, structural, mechanical, and electrical) of each project.
The selected vendor will also be responsible for construction contract administration services, ensuring adherence to project requirements throughout the construction phase.
