The government authority in Timnath, Colorado is seeking a qualified firm to provide comprehensive architect-engineer services for the development of a multi-use community recreation facility. The project will encompass a wide range of amenities, including a competition or lap pool with eight swimming lanes, a one-meter diving board, and spectator seating. Additionally, the facility will feature a leisure or activity pool with zero-depth entry, a lazy river, water slide, and spray features, as well as a warm-water therapy pool with wide entry stairs.
Other planned spaces include a gymnasium with three full-size sports courts and spectator seating, a multi-use activity gym with seating, an elevated multi-lane walk or jog track, fitness and weight rooms, and two group fitness or dance studios. The facility will also offer party and classrooms, an indoor play space with a child watch area, a senior adult lounge, a 240-person community room or event hall, a catering kitchen, locker rooms, restrooms, a lobby, administrative offices, and associated parking.
Interested firms should note all project-related questions must be submitted by December 15, 2025. This project represents an opportunity to shape a significant community asset for the Town of Timnath.
