DESCRIPTION


The government authority in Rapid, South Dakota seeks qualified vendors to provide comprehensive architect and engineer services. Key responsibilities include leading project programming efforts, identifying preliminary site and building requirements, and determining necessary project infrastructure to meet program objectives.

The selected firm will prepare conceptual master plans for the site, illustrating potential building layouts, circulation (for both pedestrians and vehicles), parking solutions (including shared arrangements with adjacent developments), as well as open/green spaces and opportunities for future growth. The vendor will assist in developing project cost models and schedules, collaborating with Construction Manager at Risk (CMAR) and the city.
