City Of Columbus
Organization overview and procurement intelligence available on paid plans.
The government authority located in Columbus, Ohio is seeking a vendor to provide arborist services with a strong emphasis on graffiti abatement. The contractor will be responsible for ensuring the removal process does not follow the graffiti pattern and does not leave visible remnants, such as ghosts or shadows, unless otherwise authorized by the agency.
Surface preparation is critical, requiring application of paint that matches as closely as possible to the original or the use of appropriate cleaning agents to fully eliminate graffiti. The contractor must also protect all surfaces adjacent to the affected area as well as any landscaping within the abatement site. If graffiti covers a large area, the contractor will be required to abate the entire surface, subject to agency determination.
All services must comply with agency standards to ensure surfaces are restored effectively without visible evidence of prior vandalism.
