The selected vendor will provide arbitrage rebate compliance services for a government authority in Texas. Responsibilities include reviewing the City's tax-exempt debt service funds, debt service reserve funds, capital projects funds, and other related funds for each outstanding tax-exempt obligation by the required reporting date. The vendor will prepare and submit detailed reports to the City citing the findings of each computation.
Additional duties involve offering counsel to City staff, attending meetings, assisting the City in responding to arbitrage-related queries, and providing support for additional arbitrage-related matters as needed. A pre-bid meeting for potential vendors will be held on March 24, 2026.
