DESCRIPTION
The government authority in Texas is seeking a vendor to provide comprehensive arbitrage compliance services. The selected vendor will complete all necessary duties and services to ensure proper arbitrage compliance reporting, including the creation and maintenance of records required to determine arbitrage liability or excess investment yield on outstanding obligations.
Services will include conducting calculations of arbitrage yield, arbitrage liability, and yield restriction requirements at least annually and at each anniversarial calculation date for all outstanding debt issues. The vendor will prepare all relevant documentation, such as transmittals and forms, to report and remit arbitrage liability or yield reduction payments when necessary. Additionally, the vendor will advise and assist in preparing any calculations or schedules required to support arbitrage compliance and related requirements.
