This Request for Information seeks professional services to support the implementation of APRYSE ActivePDF software, including license procurement and ongoing maintenance. APRYSE ActivePDF is a suite of server–side automation tools and software development kits (SDKs) designed to enable developers to incorporate PDF creation, conversion, and manipulation functionalities into enterprise applications. The brand, now part of Apryse, specializes in high–volume automated document processing for government and enterprise environments.
Required capabilities include large–scale document generation from dynamic data sources, automated conversion of various printable formats into standardized PDFs (including PDF/A for archiving), and advanced programmatic PDF manipulation for assembling complex document packages. Key features also include dynamic form filling and data extraction, along with robust security measures such as AES encryption, digital signatures, and redaction to ensure compliance and protection of sensitive data.
The selected contractor will be responsible for delivering training to DFAS employees, ensuring effective knowledge transfer regarding the use of Monarch software integrated with APRYSE solutions. Training may be delivered remotely via screen sharing, conference calls, or, if necessary, onsite at a DFAS location. The procurement includes specific licenses and support entitlements pertaining to ActivePDF DocConverter and related programs.
