DESCRIPTION
The government authority in Alaska is seeking qualified vendors to provide appraisal services in support of eminent domain–related transactions. These appraisals will determine the market value of affected parcels, which will serve as the basis for just compensation offers made during acquisition processes.
Vendors will be contracted for a three-year term to ensure continuity and expertise in delivering appraisal services as required. All questions from interested parties must be submitted by April 6, 2026.
