The client is seeking a qualified vendor to provide application lifecycle management (ALM) Octane SaaS licenses, as well as comprehensive implementation and migration services. The goal is to migrate existing ALM platforms to a cloud-based solution that delivers enhanced scalability, security, and operational efficiency.
The selected vendor will be responsible for supplying SaaS licenses for both ALM Octane and ALM Quality Center, along with developing and executing a full migration strategy. This includes a thorough discovery and assessment of the current environment, detailed planning, and a secure, complete data migration to the target cloud platform. The vendor must configure the cloud environment to align with custom workflows, preserve historical data, traceability, and audit records where supported, and ensure all existing integrations, workflows, and user access are maintained post-migration.
Additional responsibilities include minimizing business disruption, preserving data integrity, and ensuring continuity of critical workflows throughout the migration process. The vendor must also provide post-migration stabilization and knowledge transfer to guarantee a smooth transition for end-users.
