The Network Contracting Office (NCO) 16 seeks qualified contractors to assist in the development of the Agitation 360 program for the Central Arkansas Veterans Healthcare System (CAVHS) in North Little Rock, Arkansas. This initiative involves creating a 360-degree interactive virtual reality (VR) application designed to simulate a home environment featuring an agitated patient and a caregiver. The application will be guided by a storyboard developed from caregiver interviews, allowing users to assume the caregiver’s role, explore a virtual space, and interact with the virtual patient character.
The intent is to identify contractors with the necessary experience and capacity to deliver a solution comparable to or exceeding that of the identified Emerging Analytics Center (EAC). Interested parties are requested to demonstrate their capabilities, compliance with federal regulations, and provide relevant descriptive materials. This notice serves as a request for information and market research; it does not constitute a solicitation or a commitment to contract.
The project period of performance will be one year, with delivery at 2200 Fort Roots Dr., North Little Rock, AR 72114. Responses will help determine industry capability and available competition prior to any further procurement action.
