The selected vendor will provide comprehensive engineering and lifecycle support services for the Application Arsenal (AA) platform. This includes full systems engineering and ongoing software sustainment, ensuring continuous functionality and adaptation to evolving requirements.

The scope of work requires supplying all personnel, materials, and services necessary to meet the outlined tasks. While the principal technical environment is the Overmatch Software Armory (OSA), activities may extend to other government-mandated DevSecOps pipelines, such as ORION, as directed. Prospective vendors must demonstrate their capabilities to support the full application lifecycle in highly regulated, government-directed environments.
