A vendor is sought to provide a modern, technologically advanced, and user-friendly applicant tracking system (ATS) to support high-volume hiring for faculty and staff positions, replacing the existing PeopleAdmin platform. The new cloud-based ATS solution should enhance applicant experience through improved search functionality, workflow automation, and support for committee-based hiring processes.
The system must facilitate the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle, including job posting, applicant intake, screening, committee collaboration, interview management, selection, compliance tracking, reporting, and seamless integration with the college's existing human resources information system (HRIS), specifically Finance Enterprise HRIS. Additional requirements include mobile-friendly applications, resume parsing, onboarding, background screening, and modules for learning, training, and performance evaluation. Automation of communications, workflow routing, and approvals is required, along with advanced search and evaluation capabilities. The contract will be awarded for a one-year period.
