An organization in Alberta, Canada is seeking a vendor to provide a modern, user-friendly Applicant Tracking System (ATS) that delivers a seamless and consistent candidate experience. The solution should feature persona-based workflows guiding candidates from job posting through to offer acceptance, while supporting hiring managers, recruiters, and service providers with an intuitive and efficient platform that reduces administrative tasks and improves time-to-hire.
The selected vendor will serve as a Systems Integrator responsible for the implementation of the ATS, including integrations, data conversion, training, documentation, and providing a pool of professional service hours over the contract period. The system must be scalable, flexible, and secure, supporting organizational requirements such as data integrity (one person equals one candidate record), multi-entity functionality with appropriate role- and organization-based data access, and responsive design for usability across devices and screen sizes. Additionally, the solution must support a two-way integration with Oracle PeopleSoft HCM 9.2 and ensure transparency, equity, and compliance throughout the hiring process.
