DESCRIPTION


The selected vendor will be responsible for providing comprehensive maintenance and support services for App Enhancer, previously known as OpenText Application Xtender (AX) or Application Content Management (ACM) software. The scope includes main software support, user pack support for AX/ACM Xplore full text and web public access, full text server support, prime protect service, and server core package support. Renewals for the AX/ACM Xplore full text 5CC user pack and web public access 25CC user pack are also required, along with ongoing support for the related server components and public access licenses.

Vendors are invited to address all aspects of application content management support detailed above and must submit any questions regarding the RFP by March 26, 2026. The resulting contract will cover a service period of five years, ensuring long-term reliability and user accessibility to the AX/ACM platform and associated modules.
