DESCRIPTION
The Naval Research Laboratory (NRL) intends to award a sole source purchase order to ANSYS, INC. for the procurement of ANSYS Discovery Pro TECS (3 units for 1 year) and ANSYS Thermal Desktop TECS (5 units for 1 year). This decision follows the assessment that only one responsible source can satisfy agency requirements.
