The government authority in Atlantic, New Jersey is seeking a vendor to provide comprehensive annual fixed asset inventory, valuation, barcode tagging, and data upload services. The scope of work includes performing valuation services, with a focus on historic or original cost valuation for all newly acquired fixed assets, and affixing barcode tags to both new and previously untagged assets.
The vendor is responsible for physically affixing barcode tags to all applicable assets, ensuring accurate inventory management. Additionally, the vendor must update and upload all fixed asset data into the city’s financial system software module or any alternative fixed asset software system currently in use. Data delivery must be conducted in a format compatible with the city's financial system to ensure seamless integration and efficient asset tracking.
